ROLE 01

Clinical Data Manager

You own study data end to end: the data management plan, the EDC build, edit checks, query management and lock. Sponsor-facing from day one.

ROLE 02

Clinical SAS Programmer

Derivations, SDTM and ADaM datasets, listings and the analysis-ready outputs biostatistics depends on. Validated, documented, submission-grade.

ROLE 03

Clinical Data Associate

The entry route into data management done properly: query handling, listings review, reconciliation and coding support, with direct senior mentorship.

You read the plan and build the thing

We don’t want relays. The people who do well here read the monitoring and statistical plans and then program against them.

You arrive with the fix

Flagging a problem is half the job. What a sponsor pays for is the person who already knows what to do about it.

You can talk to a site

Most data problems start as communication problems. Being able to pick up the phone matters as much as the programming.

You want the whole study

Nobody here works on one form for eight months. The trade is breadth and responsibility, earlier than you’d get elsewhere.
